Our vision is to establish a better understanding of the cultures of the First Peoples of Australia by using the five dimensions of reconciliation. We aim to develop an identity that reflects mutual respect and trust, acknowledging that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and cultures are valued, respected and affirmed across all areas of society. We aim for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and all other children to have equal and equitable opportunities about the way in which they lead meaningful, healthy lives. Where we provide opportunities for our preschool community to experience an inclusive and diverse learning environment that is not just culturally safe, but culturally rich and proud. We are committed to working in a respectful way to build respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations and communities.
