Our ambition for reconciliation is the achievement of a socially just and equitable Australia that is free of racism.
Seedling Kids has the opportunity to influence and educate current and future generations of Australians to respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and histories. Seedling Kids is committed to building partnerships with First Nations communities based on trust, respect, and recognition of the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures as enduring, living cultures, and we respect and value the shared knowledge we have through strong relationships between Seedling Kids and the children, families, and communities with whom we work. We advocate for a culturally harmonious environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, perspectives and values are visible in the learning environment through incorporation of meaningful, relevant, and culturally appropriate learning through our programs. On a foundation of equity, integrity and respect we continue to create and improve high quality, culturally safe early learning experiences for all children.
