Our vision for the centre is to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures within the centre in everyday practices. The centre's vision is to participate in more Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community cultural events and begin building relationships with the FIrst Nations community.
A part of the vision is to allow all staff members to recognise what reconciliation is and what it means for them. With a deeper understanding of reconciliation, we are able to include it within our programs and centre in a more meaningful way.
Respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, perspectives and cultures within the centre allows the children, educators and families to deepen their understanding and learning..
