Our vision is to continue to create a learning environment that is welcoming to all and respectfully embeds Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within its learning, partnerships and everyday life. We are committed to creating a service that meaningfully facilitates learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories, knowledges, and contributions. Through this ongoing learning, children and their families will grow in understanding of the First Nations cultures and place in the contemporary world. We have a strong aim to have a team that is culturally responsive with factual knowledge of cultures around them and respect each other, children and families as well as support children's education journey with each other. Our vision is to understand the historical, political and current social context of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to create a high-quality effective curriculum for our children to be authentically involved in experiences that will help shape their thinking of reconciliation and contribute meaningfully to their world.
