Reconciliation means strengthening our relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, working together to bridge the gap in education and quality of life. A reconciled Australia looks like a united community, working together to acknowledge the histories of Australia and implement changes for the better of all individuals.I It will feel more welcoming and respectful.  

Our reconciliation journey has highlighted the challenges we face in our lack of knowledge; however, we have a dedicated team of educators who are actively learning more and growing their understandings in order to ensure our centre is a safe and welcoming environment for all members of our community. Our next most powerful steps involve engaging our centre families in our reconciliation process, collaborating with them to build a centre that is respectful and harmonious.
