We acknowledge that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have unique cultures with deep and abiding relationships to Country, and that developing a universal respect for Country is fundamental to our journey of reconciliation. 

At Essence Early Learning we believe that building and maintaining meaningful, ongoing relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader Australian community is fundamental in achieving our purpose to maximise equal and equitable opportunities to support all children’s life outcomes and guide their learning journey. At Essence Early Learning we all share a commitment to build relationships in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities to embed reconciliation strategies.
